I hired Rob to do a complete remodel of one of our bathrooms, and I have been so pleased with that choice! Rob is a true professional - both in his work and interactions - and, even in Denver's current crazy real estate and contracting market - his prices are reasonable and fair. He's extremely skilled at what he does, and he always shows up when he says he's going to. I loved that he focuses on one job at a time. Moreover, he's trustworthy, respectful, and honest.
At my request, he offered excellent suggestions on design possibilities to incorporate into our renovation; and I ended using many of them. He even invited me to go look at tile with him (twice!) so that he could give me input on how well what I liked may or may not work. Having his input at the front-end like that was very helpful.
Rob's approach to his renovations are both methodical and meticulous, which I appreciated so much. When he leaves your home at the end of each workday, he thoroughly cleans up after himself and leaves work areas in the home as accessible as possible.
In seeing him work, I knew the work was being done very well/professionally and 100% right the first time. Additionally, he has a group of other professionals (for example, an electrician) with whom he works as needed and who provide excellent, timely work at reasonable prices.
As someone who has owned a home for 18 years and renovated it from top to bottom, I know all too well that the quality of work contractors provide can vary greatly. I very, very highly recommend Rob for your renovation needs! We've already asked him to work on another project for us, and I'm sure we will hire him for other renovation projects in the future. I assure you that you will be so pleased if you choose to use 360 Renovations!

Rob has three renovations in my home in Highlands Ranch with excellent quality of work.
In 2015 he renovated my kitchen with cabinets and tile work. In 2017 he renovated our guest bath, taking down a wall and replacing a bathtub with an exquisite huge shower and 2 1/2 walls of tile. He also worked on our master bathroom with a new shower and pedestal bathtub that feels like a spa!!

I can't say enough good things about Rob and the work he has done for me. He has remodeled both my kitchen and bathroom over the years, transforming a cramped old brick Victorian into a much more open and livable space with both a classic and modern look. Not just a builder, but someone with amazing design sensibilities as well. I'm pretty particular about my space, and both myself and those who visit have always been impressed with the quality of his work. All that, and he's a great guy too. Rob is a magician. And a life saver. And an artist, designer, carpenter and overall GENIUS! He has helped me out of some sticky situations...from leaky plumbing to hot water installation to total renovation of my office space. When it came to electrical, running new gas lines or refinishing hardwood floors he had great referrals and colleagues to consult with. Rob is a detail man, and quality is his standard gig. I trust him with any project from designing a space to installing it all. He's a busy guy because he is a hot commodity, but he comes very highly recommended!

Rob recently completed a kitchen renovation in our 100+ year old house and we are delighted with it. Rob worked closely with our designer to translate plans into a beautiful and functional modern kitchen that enhances our home while remaining true to its classic character.
